The public repository contains the project-level panel pipeline and the source for a Cesium viewer supporting Helfrich (2026) on the rural mobilization gap. Ian Helfrich originated and solely authored the research project; Katia Antunes and Elizaveta Gonchar are acknowledged separately as contributors, without assigned roles. The viewer source represents each project as a point colored by CDE and sized by investment amount, with filters for year, sector, and rural/non-metro status. A hosted interactive release is not currently linked.
The viewer source also supports data-quality checks: spatial outliers in the public CDFI Fund release become visible when the geocodes are compared with the tract-centroid grid.
