A working notebook of Stata code that does what I want it to do, with the reasoning written into the comments. Pulled out of various paper directories where the same reghdfe ... vce(cluster ...) boilerplate kept getting re-typed badly. If you do enough applied micro you build one of these eventually. This is mine.
