Every project links to its issuing CDE, the QALICB borrower, the census tract, and the rural/non-metro flag (OMB and ERS definitions). The panel structure supports CDE-level and tract-level analyses, including the within-CDE decomposition in Helfrich (2026). Release on Zenodo planned once the working paper is on SSRN.
Underlying source files are public from the CDFI Fund. The contribution here is the cleaning, geocoding-quality QA, CDE-QALICB-tract linkage, and the panel structure.
